The aim of this project was to create luxurious, above-standard living in an architectural space designed in an interesting way. To design a building that would become a synonym of modern living and designed with a generous amount of light and space. The top of Prague's skyline, the dominant location of the Pankrác Meadows, is ideal for building luxurious flats. The building has a vista, which complements its unmistakable character and evokes an impression of a continuous transition of the park on one side to the green residential suburb on the other. The space meets even the most challenging requirements of modern living in Prague. Airiness, calm, and verdure all comfortably fit into a background of the centre of town.
