The A.D.N.S. architectural studio has completed its design of a set of two buildings. The twelve-storey A Building in particular, thanks to its unique opening, evokes a smooth continuation of the adjoining natural park into the green area of the prestigious residential district as it slopes down to the Vltava River. This relieving element is one of the features that gives the Kavčí Hory Residence a dimension of generous light and space solutions, which is reflected in the entire project’s architectural design. To a large extent, the project exploits the combination of luxurious and state-of-the-art materials in the interiors, using natural stone on the facade, glass and an exotic wood feature on its terraces.
The flats have been designed in such a way as to provide a unique view of the Vltava River, the historical part of Prague and the Central Park, as a foreground to the newly developed commercial and residential quarter. Even the smallest flat has its own loggia or terrace and spacious, fully glazed windows in aluminium frames with outdoor Venetian blinds.
You can receive your guests in the comfort of a spacious entrance hall with a 24-hour reception service that guards your security, using a state-of-the-art closed-circuit TV monitoring system. The reception also provides you with other services currently standard for residential living, and on the ground floor there is also a well-equipped private fitness centre.
Three underground storeys offer sufficient parking spaces with wheelchair access and basement storage cubicles assigned to individual flats. Two lifts will quickly and safely transport you home, and in the case of the most luxurious flats on the top floor, will take you literally to your flat.
The smaller B Building offers a total of 23 flats, sized between 1+kk (1 room plus kitchenette) and 3+kk (3 rooms plus kitchenette), while the larger A Building gives you the opportunity of a wide selection of 65 flats, from the smallest 1+kk, practical 2+kk, spacious 3+kk and 4+kk, to the largest maisonette 5+kk flats, and the most luxurious roof 6+kk suites with garden terrace.
The ground floor flats have, in addition to terraces, their own front garden that connects to the adjoining landscaped green area exclusive to occupants of the Kavčí Hory Residence.
The layout of the flat will enable to you to assure the privacy of individual family members, but for the moments that family members spend together we have also designed spacious living rooms with dining room and kitchen area equipped with top-of-the-range appliances (included in the basic unit price). Most of the larger flats are equipped on a standard basis with two bathrooms, and we have also accounted for adequate storage space, closet space, etc. We will be pleased to meet your requirements for designing special individual interior solutions and we are ready to offer you other modifications, subject to the defined conditions and compliance with the construction work time schedule.
